Paysage aux papillons

The artist who did it was Salvador Dali, an important icon of the surrealism, around the world. I saw for the first time, when I was on school in the works that we must do for a signature. I remember that when my teacher teach it picture, I liked since the beginning, because I like the colours into the picture, the butterflies and the landscape. This mixture between blue and orange is one of the things that I like of this picture.

I try to find the meaning of this picture, but I can’t do it yet. But, maybe it isn’t the most important for me. I enjoy seeing the picture, even; I have a photo of it in my cell phone, to remember it when I feel relax. Maybe, this is one of the reasons, because I Like Paysage aux papillons, because, the colour and the energy that, Indirectly it has given me, is one the thing that I always have on my mind.

Ken Robinson talked about the education and the important of the creativity. He said that the public schools don’t put any attention over the abilities of the student and the teachers don’t “reward” them. I think that the creativity, not only in the education, in the entire thing in our life is important, because, it ability could help when we need create, invent or stand out in our life.

Beside, he talked about the importance of stand out all of the subjects on the school, not only Mathematics, or History. Some art subjects, such as dancing, uses the maths too, and beside, could help people to be best persons and that they could have a lot of more abilities. This point is important, because. The humans must have a lot of facts that could use in all of the activities that we need.

And the other point that he said, was the ecologic conscience that the education would put in the students, in order to keep our environment. Between the three points that I choose of his exposition, it is the most important, because, if we can’t make a real conscience in our future generations, about the damage that ourselves did it, our planet won’t be good ever.

Henry Mintzberg

Today I’m going to talk about Henry Mintzberg, he is teacher in the McGill university Canada. Mintzberg is one the most important in area of administration; he is investigator about general management and organization. This is your importance in the public administration.

Mintzberg talk about the importance of the strategic in the organizations, The Nature of Managerial Work, The Structuring of Organizations, Power In and Around Organizations, The Strategy Process. Although not focused on the public area, it is very important your works about organization. Because today in the public management is in the change process bureaucratic system to the new management and mintzberg give us the basis for this change.

I think that mintzberg is the best, because, He has contributed a new approach to delivering new management tools to improve. His work also is used in many organizations, both now the public sector, yielding very good results.

The day was very special for me, because could see my friends again and I could enjoy very good moments with them. We swam, ate, laugh, talk and talk a lot, because didn’t do since 2007, so this time was very important to us.

my career

I said in the last post, that I studie in Universidad de Chile the career of public management. But I wouldn’t say more about this

Well, now I going to give more information about me and my career. Before to enter in the career, I wanted to study Political Science, but as this career is only is ‘’Universidad catolica’’ and I hate it, I decided go to Universidad de Chile in the public management, with a mention in political science, maybe it wasn't my favorite area. when I started the class in 2008, I wasn't sure about my decision. But today I' m happier with my decision.

The reason is tha I can contribude with my job for many people, because the public management can do proyects for the people, for example they can organized the apartment on a minister and finish with the disorder and more thing that the people today, used the minister. they can't fame for their job but is a greatful job
